Grainger County Parks & Rec and the City of Rutledge would like to announce the 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat Event!! The event will be held on Saturday, October 31st from 6pm-8pm at the Grainger County Courthouse in Rutledge. In order to maintain social distancing, due to COVID-19, we are making this a Drive Thru Only Event with all treats to be handed out pre-bagged or pre-packaged. We are also requiring all volunteers to wear gloves and facial coverings during the event. You must participate by driving thru only. We will not be able to hand out treats to pedestrians due to maintaining social distancing and vehicle safety. Grainger County Parks & Rec and the City of Rutledge are partnering with other county offices and surrounding local businesses to provide a safer Halloween Event for children in Grainger County. Further information about directional traffic flow and street closures will be announced closer to the event date.
